On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Overview
Oakwood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center accommodates 81 residents. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, respite care, and hospice services. Our center has been successfully serving the greater Webster, Massachusetts, community for 40 years. We have a dedicated and caring staff and our common goal is to promote recovery and enhance quality of life whether your needs are short or long term. Oakwood is accredited by JCAHO, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The facility is dually certified in both the Medicare and Medicaid programs and participates with many commercial insurance carriers. Our professional medical and rehabilitation staff help you on your way back home! We are the recipient of a 2010 Silver Quality Award from the American Health Care Association.
